- This competition is open to any person who sells a residential or commercial property through a Rawson agent within the competition period. Ts & Cs apply.
- Entry is automatic.
- The competition entry period starts on 1 April 2026 and ends on 31 March 2027, which means that any property seller involved in a successful property transaction concluded through Rawson within the competition period, will be entered automatically and will stand a chance to win.

- If you successfully sell a property through a Rawson Properties or a Rawson Commercial Franchise, your name will automatically be entered into a lucky draw.
- If you successfully sell multiple properties during the competition period, you will be entered multiple times. One successful property transaction secures one entry.
- Yes, the lucky draw will be administered by an independent third party and will be subject to audit in accordance with the Competition T’s & C’s
- All successful transactions concluded between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027 will be entered into a lucky draw. We have allocated a further 3 months (up to 30 June 2027) to ensure properties sold before 31 March 2027 have an opportunity to transfer in the Deeds Office (a requirement for the entry to be considered valid). The lucky draw will therefore take place on 6 July 2027 and the winner(s) will be informed on 19 July 2027. A public announcement of the results will be made as soon as it is reasonably practical and possible thereafter.
- Yes, sellers of vacant land (whether residential or commercial land) will be entered into the lucky draw
- Yes, your name will be entered into the competition. The unit you have bought through Rawson Developers has to be registered in your name at the Deeds Office, before the prize will be transferred into your name.
- Yes, as long as you sold a property through a Rawson Franchise operating in South Africa
- Unfortunately not. This competition is limited to sales concluded in South Africa (and facilitated by Rawson Franchises within the borders of South Africa).
