A farm that does not have a single borehole... Here, nature takes care of you, allowing water to bubble up from underground. For the last thirty-five years, the fountain has provided a constant water supply.
The waterfall in the mountain feeds the earth dam, which serves as a storage dam and supplies the fish breeding ponds below at the dwelling, maintaining a steady water flow. Two 5000L water tanks are connected to the pipeline to assist with filtration.

Consumed domestic water is filtered through two filters to remove any sand.
Wildlife species include: kudu, bushbuck, rockhopper, grey buck, steinbuck, duiker, and blue duiker.
There is also a wild serval cat.

Chicken coops are available, with a partitioned area where the chickens can roam outside during the day.
The solar panels, with a battery system, support the house and provide electricity to the electric fence.
The residence features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a walk-in safe, a pantry, and a lapa with a built-in bar.
Additionally, there is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom.
